Yes. Existing VoIP PBX systems that use SIP trunks can be reconfigured to use the services for SIP trunking. Unlock Endpoint phones should, in most cases, operate as they normally do with minor configuration. Analog phone systems can technically be reconfigured to work in a VoIP environment, but the labor cost to reconfigure the analog system often exceeds complete replacement.
